Visitor Accommodation Selection

UVic Visitor Accommodation offers a variety of accommodation types to suit most travelers needs and budgets.

For reservations within two days of arrival, or reservations for 27 nights or more, please contact us at visitoraccommodation@uvic.ca or 250-721-8395 to inquire.

Guests must be 19 years of age or older to book and stay on their own. Valid, government issued photo identification will be required at check-in.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Once a room has been selected, you will have 10 minutes to complete this booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to visitoraccommodation@uvic.ca. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay plus GST.
